Waiting List and Deposits 


We do not collect any deposits for puppies for our upcoming litters until they are born, we know how many males vs females we have,  and if we are going to have any long coats.  The reason for that is simple...we do not feel it appropriate to collect any monies from anyone before we even know if we will be able to provide what they are hoping for. 

We keep a waiting list of interested parties for our upcoming litters based on the date of contact. 
To be added to our list, you will need to fill out the short form attached to the "Contact Us" page, so that your submittal is date/time stamped. This allows us to gather a bit of information about you and your family/lifestyle before we reach out to conduct an interview.  Anyone who wishes to purchase a puppy from us will be interviewed via phone, so that we can ensure the best possible placement for our puppies.  We take it seriously, and believe it is our responsibility to vet every single person wanting to bring one of our puppies into their homes.  It is definitely added work and time consuming for us,  yet 100% necessary in our eyes to ensure the safe and best possible outcome for our puppies.  

Once a litter is born and we determine how many males/females etc, we will reach out to those who have expressed interest based on the date of contact to determine if they are ready to move forward with the purchase of their puppy.  We will conduct an interview at that time if not done previously and deposits are collected at that time.

Deposits of $800 are then collected to reserve your puppy and are non_refundable.  Why are deposits non-refundable?  Because once we collect a deposit for a specific puppy, we consider it sold and will refer any future inquiries of said puppy to a future litter.  If a party (for what ever reason) decides to cancel their reservation of their puppy or is unable to take delivery by the agreed upon date, we may apply that deposit toward a future puppy of equal price/value.  The balance is due at the time of pick up via bank wire or cash.  No personal checks nor credit cards.
